Complaint Review: Rain Forest Blue

Rain Forest Blue (HydroTech Solutions)product sounds great. But with a new liner and fresh water, everything in our pool turned yellow and started to crack and fall off. The technicians did not respond for over 10 days and then did not know what the problem was. They had no solution. They promised to have their chemists (yeah, right) get on the problem right away. I sent them the local water survey. Never heard from them. I finally was able to get someone to help undo the damage to the water. Unfortunately, there was hundreds of dollars of repairs. I finally got someone to agree to let me ship back the product for a refund. At least recoup some of my money. I shipped it back and have not heard anything. Their site is down. DO NOT EVER BUY THIS PRODUCT!! Even if it sounds like a great alternative to chlorine or bromide, it will ruin your hot tub or pool. STAY AWAY FROM THESE FOLKS.
