Complaint Review: Rainaway roofing

 Attention general public my roof has finally PASSED inspection by dade county, however only after I filed a complaint with the BBB was the inspection issue resolved ,thank you BBB !!! Now lets discuss the ongoing lawsuit against me from gulfside supply for $7,486 you Brandon Jenson told me repeatedly you would have this "RESOLVED" in 1 week and its now been 2 months and counting ? And in those 2 months its shocking to know all that we have discovered about you and your operation !!

I want to set the record straight for anyone reading this post, I have paid Brandon $16,910 on a $17,796 signed contract that leaves a total of $886 which is to be paid upon a lien release or receipt from gulfside supply which I never received from you because you DID NOT PAY $1 one single dollar for anything used on my roof !! Your clever and skillfully worded contract should have been my first clue as to what was about to happen to my money .. Stop trying to confuse the public again about "I" owe you money, thats an outrageous statement to make.. shame on you Mr.jensen their is an old saying that goes you can fool some of the people some of the time but you can't fool all the people all the time...

Next subject exactly how much did you pay bird eye reputation management company to DELETE all the online complaints about you and your business and replace them all with hundreds of 5 star ratings all over the internet with imaginary people that don't exist ?? I have to admit your a true master of DECEPTION and an even greater master at materials fraud ..if anyone is interested log on to Miami Dade County Clerks of Courts civil division and enter case #2017-015641-CA-01 between the dates 5/1/2017 and 8/1/2017 to learn more. Gulfside supply currently has a very high paid, HIGH power attorney working for them , all 9 victims in this case are almost certain to lose their court case because just like me, they were just unsuspecting homeowners looking online for a local roofer to replace the roof before hurricane season, and now they have become defendants in a horrible materials SCAM ..

I have recently learned that their is a florida law "statue" that misapplication of construction funds under $20,000 is a 3rd degree felony,which is EXACTLY what happened to all of us involved..If Brandon does not pay gulf eagle supply the $7,486 he now owes them..I will file charges at the state attorneys office for grand theft making it a criminal case ..Brandon enough is enough this is NOT a game I'm NOT one of your scared senior citizen victims remember that !!!

 We completed this man's roof 100 percent and it has passed final inspection from Miami Dade county . The roof is beautiful and I have no reason to believe there is any problem with the roof we installed . I am currently in the process of a divorce and my ex is the personal guarantor on one of our supply accounts . When the supplier called her to see how things were going , she told them some things that are not true and in return the supplier immediately placed liens on every job that we had ordered materials for and did not call me to verify any of this was true or not . In return the supply company demanded I pay almost $5000 in fees unjustly . I explained to the supplier that I would not pay the additional fees and they proceeded to harass my clients with intimidating legal documents. The man that filed this called me and I explained the situation and explained that this will be resolved and that there will be no harm to him. He proceeded to write negative reviews on I believe a dozen websites and file complaints with the county and better business bureau . Since then we have lost over $200,000 in revenue due to his false internet statements. I do have 4 trucks and equipment . I have thousands of satisfied customers . My current supplier will give me a good reference as they know this entire situation and will gladly let anyone know that I am a responsible individual. I have never "fled" with anyone's money . This man's roof is complete and passed all inspections . The man that wrote this still owes a balance to our company and he will need to pay his portion of the balance before any lien will be removed . If I was a "crook in a truck" then why is his roof 100 percent complete and passed final inspection? Now this man has even sunk so low as to bring my children's names into discussion . I really can't believe this guy. This is merely a dispute between us and a vendor . The vendor unjustly dragged one of our clients into this and now we are unjustly being slandered . Don't let this guy ruin my company look at how many positive reviews I have online and how many years they go back! No matter what anyone tries we will thrive and succeed because Rainaway Roofing feeds several families and there are a lot of people depending on us . We provide a valuable service to our community and we will continue this and no one will stop us ! I have done nothing wrong .
