Rainbow is terribly disorganized, incompetent and rude.

First, they sent the wrong size unit.  After a few weeks, they sent two separate return mailing labels and were panicking when I used the first label.  Finally, the correct size unit arrived, but in an opened box showing it had been returned to them and then sold to me.  I then realized I had purchased the wrong model.  Rainbow would not accept a return even though I offered to pay shipping and a restocking fee. 

Rainbow has terrible customer service; they are rude, uncooperative and unreasonable.  DO NOT BUY FROM RAINBOW OR YOU WILL REGRET IT!  There are plenty of internet companies to buy from with good customer service and better organization.  Save yourself from my bad experience; look for another company for your purchase.
