We decided to remodel our master bath..I asked around for a few recommendations and my neighbor recommended them. Also, told me I didn't need an architect they did it all. So we went ahead and contacted Abiel Garza Fernandez of houston Tx, and his son Arthur Garza fernanzdez. So impressed. They were very congienal, very polite...and assured us...they could transform anything we wanted to do. The talked a great line and continued to be in our home for over 87 days. 87 of the most awful days. Now that I look back, I did see the reg flags go off in my head, but I chalked it up to being paranoid on my part. After all, our very good neighbor who held a very high position in houston Tx referred them. They drew their contracted allowance so fast and the bathroom was at a standstill, so finally I sit down and said, OMG, they only have the final 6,000.00 left from a 78,000.00 contract and we don't even have a tub or sink hooked up at week 13.
