 My home was flooded by Hurricane Sandy. After 5 weeks without electricity, I finally found an electrician, Rainbow Electric (of Woodhaven.) They never completed the job and did a half-a*s job on the work they did do. I had to hire another electrician who replaced the 220 for my stove and informed me that the (new) romax installed by Rainbow was spliced into the old, damaged wiring which is dangerous.

I have tried for months to have Rainbow (Jason) correct their errors and Jason will not even answer my calls or offer an explanation. Kim, Office Manager, has tried to help but apparently it has fallen on deaf ears. So sick of it. The arrogance shown is a sure sign of Jason's lack of business and moral ethics. I am a Hurricane Sandy victim/survivor and widow who trusted that this company would do the right thing and paid them alot of money to do so. They should be severely reprimanded if not put out of business. They give all contractors especially electricians a bad name.
