We currently have a Rainbow Play System that we purchased still in warranty. We have been working with the warranty division for over 90 days and have received wrong parts, terrible response times, and horrible customer service.

I have kept all of the emails between their warranty division that show how long we've been dealing with them and still no resolution. Don't expect any quick turnarounds from this company and they've denied some replacements because I've started getting more involved. Their warranty states they have to right to inspect the playground or use pictures. We've provided multiple pictures but have turned down some items. Not sure why since they all are in bad shape. They claim we haven't stained the product which has no bearing on the stability of the product.

Just not a good dealing at all so prepare yourself for the warranty nightmares!
