Rainbow Roofing - Diamond Construction Crummy work - lack of concern - liars, all of them Burlington County Areas New Jersey
Rainbow Roofing aka Diamond Construction (Industries) of various locations in the Burlington County area did my whole roof, after my pointing out two specific trouble spots.
I had to have someone remove, move and repair the place where they put the satellite receiver back incorrectly, damaging the subroof.
Then they gypped me for 10 ft of drain pipe I paid extra to have installed.
And finally repeated calls to them have not fixed the original leak in my roof that has now grown from a 6" discoloration to a 2 ft hole. They don't answer the phone, don't respond to phone calls. I've now reported them to the BBB, and am preparing to take them to court to pay for someone else to fix what they will not. I am a sign painter and am putting a 10 ft banner outside my house advertising their deceptive practices. Everyone in that company appears to be a liar because that's the only thing out of their mouths. Lousy work. No customer concern.
