I placed an order with this company in mid-January, 2002. It was supposed to have arrived in 3 to 7 business days. I had planned to use it for a Valentines Day gift, but it came much later than expected (about two weeks late). It only arrived after I complained to the company, and they responded by saying they were remodeling. Not only that, but they did not send me the bulk of my order. The receipt that came in the mail said that one dollar would be credited to my account(for the missing item), when the item I did not receive cost 21 dollars. I have complained three times since then,each with a response of "check your account on Monday" or "check on Friday," and I have still not been credited the money owed to me. Also, I was billed higher on my credit card than the actual order reciept said it would charge me. They have enough excuses, but I have yet to see my money.

The person reporting this receied the mechandise We fell behind a bit but the merchandise was shipped out a few days late. We strive on doing our very best and making sure our customers are happy.
