Complaint Review: Raindrop Technology - BizRate.com

Raindrop Technology BizRate.com ripoff. Ordered/ paid $431.53 online, Sharp 800-Watt 5-CD Mini-Component System. Has not delivered after two months+. Refuse to answer/ reply phone calls/ emails raindroptechnology.com Brunswick Ohio

On December 12,2005, I ordered and purchased through Raindrop Technology, LLC website Sharp 800-Watts 5-CD Mini-component System With Powered Subwoofer CD-G10000P (1 unit) ($423.53), plus one year subscription of four magazines ($8.00).

Upon receipt of my order, purchase, and payment I received an email (see enclosure) with order confirmation/tracking number 68994008 from Eric Doty representing Raindrop Technology. And on December 22, 2005, I received another email (see enclosure) from BizRate.com, with subject: Raindrop Technology Order Follow-Up requesting I provide a feed back on my order delivery.

After two weeks, the expected time of delivery, with no delivery/update of my purchase from Raindrop Technology, I called and left a message with my contact information for Mr. Doty/Raindrop Technology. In addition, I emailed Mr. Doty/Raindrop Technology requesting that they tell me the situation of my purchase/delivery. There was no reply to my call or email. Thereafter, I emailed and called Mr. Doty/Raindrop Technology two to three times a week and yet no answers to my calls and emails.

I am pleading and asking that you assist me, if you would, to recover the purchased items and/or my money from Raindrop Technology, LLC by all means as available to your office. I am in agony, crying everyday why registered company like Raindrop Technology, LLC would do business this way. Especially, when I recount how hard I had worked two jobs day and night to save the money so I could afford to buy a gift for myself this past Christmas. Only to end up chasing my money blowing away in the wind, shadow, and may be con from Raindrop Technology, LLC.

Before this complaint, I had contacted Bizrate.com on January 9 and spoke with Robin. Unfortunately, she said their clients like Raindrop Technology for survey purposes only partner BizRate.com. And an effort to speak to Mr. Doty/Raindrop Technology was still fruitless. I will wholeheartedly and forever appreciate your help to see that I recover the item and/or money from Raindrop Technology. Looking forward to hearing from you.
