Susan Benoit- Raining Hollywood charged my Visa for $119.99 USD for an Ed Hardy Hoody. This hoody was not delivered. The order came with a fictitious address (1764 North Orange Drive, Hollywood, CA 90028) and a phone number that was out of service. Two months later I sent a complaint from the web site indicating I did not receive the goods. They indicated that the item was out of stock but I could choose a replacement and they would send it by express mail. I chose a replacement, and I waited. No package ever came. I have heard of other complaints against this company and I believe that their use of a disconnected phone line is fraudulent. I also feel that they purposefully did not fulfill the order after charging my visa. The consumer service offering to send a different product was only a delaying tactic. This item was for my child who contributed money for the goods and who has waited patiently for the package to arrive.
