Rainmaker Recovery, a subsidiary of Lori J. Frank, P.C., has serious problems with compliance with federal/state regulations.

First, Rainmaker Recovery, including RRI's president, Victoria L. Targosz, is unregistered with the State of Michigan- Department of Labor & Economic Growth. This company is subject to criminal/civil sanctions pursuant to the Michigan Occupational Code of 1980, which includes a ninety day misdemeanor/ $500 dollar fine.

Second, Rainmaker Recovery uses false, misleading representations of their business name by using: Rainmaker Recovery III, etc on consumer credit reports. This is a violation of federal/state statutes.

Third, Rainmaker Recovery sends out "computer generated/crafted" debt collection validation responses in order to trick the consumer into proper validation pursuant to the FDCPA.

Fourth, Rainmaker Recovery fails to respond to your FCRA complaints, even if you send them through the fax/Certified Mail.

Do not trust this collection agency. This company has been reported to the Department of Labor & Economic Growth- Enforcement Division and STILL to this day, violates MAJOR federal/state codes.

I am the President of Rainmaker Collections.
To my best belief and knowledge Tracy June Hubbard has placed this fictious and very harmful report on this website.

Ms. Hubbard is referring to the WRONG company in her complaint. The company she had previous communications from was Rainmaker Collections a fully licensed bonded collection agency. She is listing the wrong name, and phone number as well.

There are other Rainmaker companies filed. She is erroneously making very serious abusive and deceptive remarks.

I ask her to contact me at my proper number. Under my proper corporate tax id#38-3665780.

Your complaints listed are false. I expect this to be immediately removed along with an apology recant. You will be held liable for all damages realized. This is a very serious conduct you have engaged in. You are formally on notice.

Further, Rainmaker Collections Inc # 38-3665780, the company that previously contacted Ms Hubbard. is: 1) fully compliant under all state and federal laws 2) is fully compliant and in good standing with the Department of Labor & Economic Growth. 3) Takes pride in operating an upstanding company.

Ms. Hubbard I invite you to contact me so this matter may be put to rest.
I expect this complaint to be removed immediately along with the above mentioned requests. Fail to govern yourself accordingly will result in immediate action.
Respectfully,
Victoria L. Targosz
