Complaint Review: Rainsoft Discovery Marketing

Rainsoft/Discovery Marketing is a ripoff. They sold our family a system that we could not afford but were pressured into thinking we had to have. They "discounted" the price but did not include a key part of the system that is needed for well water. We moved and tried to reinstall the system and were told that it would not work because we were missing parts. Of course in order to even use the $5000.00 system, we had to pay another $1000.00 for the parts we needed. I am a strong advocate of a class action suit. Especially after reading all the complaints, several of which came from Florida.
