I purchased a water treatment system from this company in October 2008. I relocated to another home and had to have the system relocated. I was charged $670.00 to have the system moved, which I paid in full. The system was relocated to my new residence. I consistently had the system maintained (as required according to Rainsoft) and was charged no less than $200 (more in some cases) to have the system tuneup. Recently during the cold spell 2 pipes burst on the system and I had to have them replaced. It was at this time that I learned that the system did not service my house but instead was connected ONLY to my pool house. So for 3 years Rainsoft has come out and charged me to maintain a system that was not being used because the pool house is unoccupied. For 3 years I believed that I was receiving softened water to my residence when in fact I was not. I contacted the company several times only to get a bunch od excuses by "the secretary" Rochelle. She would never allow me to talk with someone, only referring to "her boss', stating she would really the message. After several calls and several galloons of wasted water (due to the 2 separate busted pipes) someone by the name of Matt returned my calls. Matt came to my residence and personally observed that the system was not servicing my residence. As of this date I have not received any answer or solution to this problem
