They do not mention the following and get a secure loan with your home.
You need to add $30 dollars every 3 months for the *rocks to the system and then to paid $189 dollars for changing the filters once a year. They never mention this aspect. Now in summer time you use more water, therefore you need to change the rocks every 2 months. They will help you finance, but the interest rates are the horrible. As a new homeowner, you want to give the best to your home. Just be careful, especially with the dealers. They paid a huge commission because they can get you in to a lifetime contract with the maintenance. No person want a lifetime company.
After one year, I was contacted the finance company and the dealer in a three way conference call. I just wanted to return the items and to get my money back and the answer was that in the fine print of the contract is stipulated maintenance for the life of the items.
In our language, it means LIFETIME contract and there is no person that, wants a lifetime contract. Americans have enough with electric, water and taxes.

If this company installed a rain soft product in your home & if you financed the system using a retail installment contract (loan), legally you don't have to make payments to the finance company on your loan. Invoke the "Holder Rule" (google it), basically it is a federal rule covering finance lenders and says you don't have to pay until they correct it. The lender makes the dealer either buy the loan and satisfy the obligation (this means you don't owe the debt any longer) or satisfy the customer (you). In which you could say "remove it and I'll be satisfied". Get on the internet and facebook and send out the messages about this scam from rain soft fewa discovery marketing. They are ripping off people who are susceptible to their marketing gimmicks and dog and pony show
