Complaint Review: Rakkasan Motorsports

The mechanics were terrible. They were adept at applying stickers but incapable of performing basic tasks like oil changes or tire repairs. They compromised the entire wiring network of my car. They even failed to reprogram the ECM, ultimately frying it. Two years and several thousand dollars later, my car still isn't functioning correctly, all due to their incompetence. In short, if you need stickers applied to your vehicle, they can manage that, albeit at an inflated price. However, for any mechanical work, they will likely cause more damage than repair. After visiting the dealership in an attempt to salvage my car, they gave up, opting not to charge me due to the lack of communication between the car's modules. I was quoted an estimated $10,000 to $15,000 for repairs, which would involve a complete overhaul of the electronics, wiring, and modules. My greatest regret of 2021 was entrusting my car to these morons, especially after one remarked, "Securing the wiring is not on my sheet, so I don't do it."
