Ralcosoft Subrat Kumar Satapathy did not pay me salary for 2 months and later gave me a cheque where there is no balance in that bank Hyderabad Internet
I worked for Ralcosoft for 14 months and for the last 2 months, Subrat, the owner of Ralcosoft did not pay me any money. He closed his offices and ran with the equipment. After several attempts to reach him, he gave me a cheque on my name and asked me to deposit that cheque after 1 week. When I approached the bank for encashing the cheque, the bank says there is no sufficient balance in that account. From then I am trying to reach Subrat. He is not answering my calls and messages till now. What to do? Shall I proceed to the consumer court?
