I brought my car in to be examined/repaired because my engine hydrolocked when it rained out here. Raul wasted my time for a week, randomly quoted me a $8500 repair fee, and when my insurance company sent an appraiser out he added an additional cost and when it was time to pick up my vehicle, he still couldn’t tell me what was wrong with it.
he wanted to charge me a diagnostic fee plus a fee to completely tear down my engine for an additional $1800 just to tell my insurance company whether or not water was the cause of my damage or whether or not water was in my engine.
This has left me without a vehicle to get to and from work and completely wasted my time . I do not recommend this business or going to Raul to have your car serviced.
