I recently went through a rally's drive thru. We ordered four different meals. The lady at drive in was rude from the start telling me what you want thru the microphone. ( very rude ) . I ordered my food and pulled up to the window. We had three burger meals and a chili dog meal. When she handed us our food. She told us that was it.

I know a with a meal you get a drink. So I told her we did not have our drinks that comes with the meals. She then makes a face and hands us one drink. I told her that we had four meals. That we still needed the other drinks. She then replied "Sir how many drinks do you need". With attitude. I told her look I ordered four meals I expect four drinks. She gives us our drinks.

After experiencing the poor service my wife checks the bag to make sure we received everything. To our surprise the chili dog meal was not in the bag. I waited for her to come back to the window since she had already closed it on us. When she came back to the window. I told her we were missing our chili dog meal. She then replied you sure or missing allot tonight. She then said that there was no chili dog (wieners cooked). So I asked her if something is not cooked and a customer is charged for something do you just keep there money. She then told me that she didn't charge me.

I exited my car with the receipt and showed the customer and the lady at the window. They both agreed I was charged. Two minutes later I get my chili dog. Also get a smart gesture from the drive thru lady..... CAN WE ALL SAY RUDE AND POOR SERVICE.... I called the 1 800 number to request and apology. She told me they would be in contact with the manager of that store and my info will be forwarded to her. 5 Weeks later no response GOOD JOB RALLY'S / CHECKERS ON YOUR POOR SERVICE....

People like that don't deserve a job. Even if it is a crappy job and minumum wage..they accepted it! I always let companies know when I have received horrible service, and of course I let them know when I receive great service too.

THE OPERATIONS MANAGER CONTACTED ME. SHE WANTED TO INFORM ME THAT THIS AREA HAS SINCE THE INCIDENT BEEN PUT UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT!!!!! GREAT NEWS !!!! THANKS ALOT FOR RESOLVING THIS CHECKERS
