This company represents ALL that is wrong with telemarketing/fundraising. They have created a culture of lying to individuals that they hire and definitely to the folks (mostly senior citizens) they badger and browbeat into giving donations to the obscure/dubious charities they "represent".
Most of the people they have on the phone are addicts (which is why most can be manipulated in the manner that they are)... I suspect that Ralph Berryman has a healthy appetite for drugs (in addition to the occasional young lady in his employ) which is the ONLY plausible explanation for his irrational behavior.
In the past few months, the ONLY qualified, rational members of management have left this company... I finally decided to do the same after being cheated out of my bonus for the last time.
