This gentleman (Ralph Josh Kloepping) of Eden Botanicals filed a fraudulant claim. He used this claim as leverage to attempt to extort money from us. He refused to return any phone calls, he knows how to work the system and in the end we suffered a heavy financial loss. We feel ripped off and this is a warning to others.

eBay seller sent me defective items. I complained to eBay and sent supporting documents. eBay decided in my favor and agreed to refund costs minus shipping if I returned items. Seller then insisted on highest cost method of returning goods, so instead I decided to eat the cost of the items and simply leave negative feedback for the seller. Seller has now been retaliating by posting negative comments anonymously on the internet.
