Order was sent in January by computer mistake. Paypal refused to cancel, but gave a phone number for cancellation, which was incorrect. I immediately called the (wrong) phone number, then sent immediately an email to cancel. 3 days later an email response came saying the order had shipped. It had not. I requested in vain 5 times for a refund, as the item was sent to the wrong address. MARCH 15 came the delivery too late for its purpose,
