I won this package in a draw at a wood show feb. 2004 . Received a call that I had won and was required to pay the taxes only. $698.00. this was discused and put on my credit card.

October 2004,was asked to book now and save money on cruise. We booked for Feb. 2005 for 4 people, and an exta room, also asked to upgrade car. the extra room and extra upgrade on car was charge to my credit card, as well as the cruise cabin for 4. total charge this time $1178.00. we now got a call saying we needed to pay for an extra day for the car. billed another $85.

After paying for flights, and arriving in ft. lauderdale Feb. 28, we proceeded to the Alamo dealer with our ticket to pick up our car. no record was found of payment and we were billed $433.31 for car and insurance. we tried to tell them that this was paid for except insurance. We also reported it to the welcome centre, only to be told it was our problem and not their's.

HOTEL CONDITIONS WERE A DISCRACE. the bath tub had no enamel on it ,the wall paper was coming off, we tried to cash a traveler's cheque and were told they didn't have the funds for $50.00.

we were told we needed to listen to a sales pitch for a couple of hours. Our's was 5 hours of pressure. this was a complete waste of our vacation time. We had told them how our holiday had started, and we were not interested in time shares within the first hour. this time needed to be spent so we could receive our cruise voucher.

THIS HOLIDAY PACKAGE WAS A TOTAL SCAM. when we got to Orlando we were not able to receive the tickets to universal as promised in my original phone call, because we got a car. There was no free tickets.

This holiday cost me $1690.32. US dollars. WHAT A RIP OFF AND A SCAM. I FEEL I SHOULD BE CREDITED FOR THE CAR, AFTER PAYING FOR IT TWICE, WHEN IT WAS AN ADDED FEATURE OF THE PACKAGE.
NEVER AGAIN!
