Complaint Review: Ramada Plaza Resort

I recently got scamed by Ramada Plaza Resort for their $ 698 vacation package. I realized afterwards what a mistake this was and did some searching and found this webpage! I was dismayed at the number of other people that can't get there money back but some of the entries on this website inspired me to keep trying. All it took was a couple of phone called until I found someone nice enough to help me. I talked to Pam in costomer service (1-800-203-9783) and she was extremly helpful.

I politly explained why I couldn't take the trip and asked nicely for a refund. She tried to sell me another package, but I firmly refused and asked again for a refund. Pam was the 4th person I talked to and befor her it seemed as though nothing could be done but for some reason Pam got it all done for me!

My advice would be to just keep trying but it is important that you do this ASAP because if you wait over a month (or past 10 business days after receiving the package in the mail) it might be to late. It is also important to seem as though you know what you are talking about and that you have a right to a full refund.
