Ramada Plaza Resort Imperial Majesty Cruise Line offered me vacation deals that were complete lies, they lied to me on the phone about what i have to really pay and i asked to cancel and they refused! Ft. Lauderdale Florida
I was continually called by the Ramada Resort people without their concent and they offered me a free cruise but i had to pay for a hotel stay, i said no at first and they kept pushing me so i finally agreed... after a few moments I called back to cancel and they refused so i left it at that. i recently found out afterwards that the cruise is not free at all! Each person that goes pays about 200 dollars maybe more!!! What they said on the phone was that I would only have to pay 58 or 59 dollars per person for a port fee. They did not say anything about paying more.
