I bought the Ramada plaza resort hotel package for my boyfriend and myself for our first ever vacation because I was absolutely convinced it was Great. That was the farthest thing from the truth! I don't trust telemarketers so I asked every question I possibly could and was extremely questionable about the deal being "too good to be true" How very true!
I've never been on vacation so I have nothing to compare it with, but I know almost everything promised over the phone that's supposed to be "inclusive" was all LIES! From the rental car to to the disgusting hotel accomodations (25 minutes from the beach) and repulsive food to the so-called "cruise" to the service, and 2 ridiculous time-share presentations where the big wigs sweet talk you until you don't buy into their program and then treat you like DIRT! --EVERYTHING was HORRIBLE!
There are no words to describe the vacation package as a whole. Ramada plaza resorts rips off the honest hard working people and when you bring it to their attention they blow you off and do NOTHING to help you with your problems. In fact they pretend they didn't promise you certain things and make you feel like an a*s! NEVER EVER EVER EVER buy a package from ramada plaza resorts. They want your money and the customer DOES NOT MATTER once they get it!
