I went online and pulled up Ramada Plaza Resorts website and read all of these complaints. I'm so thankful my mother and I did not go on this cruise.
You can get a refund. I made one phone call to Ramada Plaza Resorts and received a cancellation number. Within 2 days, my credit card had been credited the full amount.
You have to remain firm and listen to their sales pitch about what a great bargain this is. It took me about 20 minutes on the phone.
I'm so thankful I decided to go online and found your website. I could never thank you enough!
