Complaint Review: Ramada Plaza Resorts aka National Travel Services aka Leisure Resorts Corp

paid 698.00 on my credit card for the promising trip only to find out some time later it was bull. I made the agreement in hopes to take my in-laws. 4 people a better deal than 2.

I get a phone call to upgrade and find out me, my wife, and in-laws are all in the same room. Needless to say i am rowing the same boat with my father (who just ate the 698.00), and another friend who put the deposit down in faith that it was legit.

I am in the process of retrieving my money. I am very suprised how a company with all these complaints can still be in business.
