In the mail I was sent a travel voucher and boarding passes. I called and started making my reservations for an awesome vacation with my boyfriend. Or so I thought. I used my debit card (also works as a credit card), to secure my travel reservations. I didn't want to lose my chance at this vacation because my boyfriend and I had been wanting to take a vacation together.

Knowing I only had like $2.00 in my account, I willingly gave them my debit card number along with all of my information. I was soo giddy about this vacation.

I have been having these bad feelings since I gave them my debit card, they told me that I could make payments of $56 per month for 12 months to pay off my ticket so that we could go. I complied and they told me that they would check in 30 days for the money and then 30 days after that if there was no money in the account. After the 2 tries at getting money they would stop trying and then I could just pay my ticket 60 days before the trip. I thought that was a great idea.

I am going to college to get a my bachelors in nursing, and am recieving financial aid. I want to put the rest of my financial aid money into my account so that when I get gas in my car, I can just quick swipe my debit card in the winter and not freeze my butt off going inside the store.

Knowing they were going to take a monthly payment out soon, I haven't put my money into my account and wanted to cancel the trip so that they would not charge my account. I am still leary to put money into my account.

Just a few seconds ago I called RPR and cancelled my trip. I hope I don't run into any financial problems with them. I found your site very helpful and want to bring this company down any way I can. Thanks for having all of the real people post their horror stories.

What should I do?? Should I cancel my debit card and get a new checking account?? Will they still charge me even though I "CANCELLED" it? I don't think I was scammed but am grateful I found this site.
