Complaint Review: Ramada Plaza Resorts - Premiere Cruise Lines

My husband and I went on the trip to Ft. Lauderdale and we took the two night 'cruise'. The last part of the trip was two nights in Orlando at the Four Seasons hotel. The motel in Ft. Lauderdale was OK, nothing I would revisit though. The Four Seasons hotel was disgusting, there was mold in the bathroom and the floors were filthy.

Of course, we had to sit through the sales pitch they gave you. It was so loud that we both had a headache when we left. The worst part was the cruise. The 'ship' looked like it was built in the early part of the century, the very small pool they had was green due to the slime in the water. The food was not good at all, they served the cheapest food they could such as pasta with an alfredo sauce, lunchmeat. I was considering asking the 'captain' if he would get a big boat when he grew up. It was such a joke.

Our son and his fiance went on a cruise to get married and we had such a horrible experience with Ramada Plaza Resorts we just could not bring ourselves to go on another cruise and never will.

I cannot believe some Attorney General has not brought these people up on charges of fraud, misrepresentation, etc. We travel a lot and I have never experienced anything so bad as Ramada Plaza Resorts. If you are ever offered a trip on Premiere Cruise Lines run for cover!
