Thanks to this website, I was able to get my money back before I went on my vacation. I had purchased a vacation package for $598, of which i had already paid $398, in April of 2002. After worrying over a year about how bad this vacation was going to be, it took a little over a month to get a letter in the mail saying they are sorry for the inconvenience and they are crediting my credit card for the full amount.

This is what you have to do:
1)Write a letter to addressed to Daniel Lambert( he is either the vice-pres. or the president of the company)
2) State your reason for why you want your money back and be firm in your writing
3) Send the letter by registered mail
