I was contacted by Ramada Plaza Resorts and offered a free vacation package to Las Vegas for Three Days and Two nights. They then offered to upgrade the package for a small fee of $318.00. I declined the offer and they thanked me and said that I still had the three day two night vacation package for listening to the offer.

My wife has a meeting in Las Vegas and we thought it would be nice to use the free nights to extend this time and enjoy ourselfs. Well came time to make the reservations and it was done quickly. The next day I was called by Ramad Plaza Resorts and told that they would not honor this package as they were not able to locate me in the computer system.

Now our plane tickets are bought and we have to purchase a room, believe me not at the Ramada, on short notice. I called the customer service number and was hung up on.
