Complaint Review: Ramada Plaza Resorts Orlando Ft. Lauderdale Vacations

I bought a vacation package through Ramada. There were more string attached to this rip-off that I could ever imagine. This vacation package included a bonus package. The "main package" resulted to be a waste of money. The cruise had very poor quality for the money I paid. The Ramada Hotel at Ft. Lauderdale was worse than a cheap motel. The room was dirty and no ammenities were given.. I even had to buy my own toilette paper. I was charge taxes for every day. That was around August 2002.

Then now I am trying to get my bonus package to got to Virginia (Williamsburg), and I was never confirmed that trip. Every time I call I get attitude and a new phone number to contact someone else. I was advised I had to pay $100 refundable deposit. If I knew all of this I would have never bought this lousy package. I had a nice impression of Ramada, but not anymore. I will contact better business bureau. I even bought a time share which is the purpose for them to sell these packages, so you go down to FL. and then they pressure you to buy this time share.

Regarding my bonus package it has not been confirmed yet and the arrival day is within 3 weeks, and I haven't even bought air fare tickets....
