Complaint Review: Ramada Plaza Resorts

My husband and I responded to the voucher that we received in the mail offering the vacation package (we also paid extra for the honeymoon upgrade). The conditions of the cabins were depressing, I actually cried. We were told that we would not only get the free hotel stay, free rental car, and cruise to include all shows and meals. This was absolutely a hoax. We are newly weds and not only did we have to pay $200.00 for the rental car, $12.00 per night for the hotel stay, taxes, and gratuity was applied on all meals, fuel for the ship, port fees, and many other hidden fees. So Basically above the $798.00 for the trip we spent and additional $1000.00 for this lousy trip. This was nothing like the dvd that was sent. I am requesting a refund for the rental car and all the unexpected hidden fees at minimum. One you arrive you are forced to pay.
