Ramada Plaza Resorts I want a refund! Ft. Lauderdale Florida
My fiance'and I purchased a "luxury vacation" package in October of last year and have been making monthly payments. I decided to look up their website to see if there are any pictures and came across this website.
After reading all of these horror stories I was very scared and wanted my money back. We can barely afford this vacation as it is let alone paying extra "hidden" charges.
I called RPR and they agreed to cancel the payment plan but would not refund our money. I was told it was transferrable. I'm not going to sell a potentially horrible experience to someone else!
I need help! What can I do to get my money back!

Lets see you PURCHASE something & are happy with it. Then you check around & everyone tells you it is no good, so you decide it isnt. But yet you dont know, you havent been.
Now you decide that you want to STOP Paying and they let you. And then you decide you should get everything back.....WHY, they didnt do anything wrong. They havent DEFAULTED on anything they have promised you yet. (They may in the future, but not yet) Sorry, it doesnt work that way. YOU SIGNED A CONTRACT & NOW YOU NEED TO LIVE UP TO IT !!!!!
