I too called the 800 number. They also said my cruise was free, however, it would only highly discounted, making the total charges for 2 people $798.00. When I asked why it was not free, I too; was given to another person, in which I got into a heated debate. I hung up.

I proofread the "very, very deceptive" advertisement, and they use the word free a total of 13 times, highly discounted only once, and tremendous savings only once. In the middle of the blerb - the list everything you get for free, but put an asterisk after the word includes, and use miniscule print to indicate see reverse side of credit voucher for terms and conditions. However, the cruise and all the other places are listed in there for free.

I think they are doing a bait and switch marketing campaign. I can't believe that they have to resort to this type of advertisement to obtain business.

Someone should find out how to report this deceptive advertising, they are registered with the State of Florida, supposedly. With a parent company of Universal Studios, whether directly or indirectly; it is still a scam. I can't believe that Universal Studios would want to be connected to something like this.
