I WAS NOT TOLD IT WAS A TIME SHARE VACATION. THEY CALLED ME SERVE TIMES TO UP GRADE.FIRST I PAID 500.00. THEN I PAID 130.00 TO GET AN HOTEL ON THE BEACH.IT WAS BAD HOTEL.THE CRUISE WAS FREE.HAHA.END UP PAYING 600.00 ON CRUISE WAS LIED ABOUT EVERYTHING THERE. IT WAS A CRUISE FROM HELL. I'M DISABLE AND HAD A REEL PROBLEM FOR ME TO GET AROUND. I TOLD THEM WHEN THEY CALLED ME.I NEED HELP GETTING MY MONEY BACK. SO PLEASE HELP ME!!

My nightmare is over. I got all of my money back from Ramada Plaza Resorts after writing to the Department of Agriculture in the state of Florida. It doesn't help to call this company because they are rude and will keep you on hold for hours. Put your experience in writing and submit it to BBB in Florida and to the Dept. of Agriculture/Consumer Affairs. It took 4 years but I got a full refund. Be persistent.
