Complaint Review: Ramada Plaza Resorts/Imperial Majesty Cruises

I have read all the complaints about this compaany and feel like a complete idiot. I tried to cancel and get a refund right after I called this company, but was pressured in to believing that it would all be ok. I was even sent a letter saying I could have a totlal refund if I was dissatisfied in any way. Now that I see what has happened and is happening to everyone else, I am trying to get a full refund. We're aren't even supposed to go until October 2008. What can I do?
