I will make this short and sweet. I was another one of you that fell for this scam, but I found out online about their scam right after I bought the package from Ramada. I called back immediately to get a refund and they said they could not, and tried to get me to keep it. In the end the lady hung-up on me. Of Course they said "we do not sell these packages to cancel them".

Anyway right after I got my little video package in the mail I looked through it. Right in that little booklet, that is smaller then the tape, there was a way out that I stumbled upon. In the back there is one peice of paper that says if you send in that peice of paper within three business days you get a full refund and cancellation. So I called them at the given number to verify, and of course they asked why I wanted to cancel and tried to sell me something else.

In the end it was cancelled and I got my full refund about a week later. I even sent in that peice of paper just to be sure. So if anyone who has just bought the trip, THERE IS A WAY OUT!! There is a way avoid a lot of hassle, with those bastards.
