Ramada Plaza Resorts sold my family a "luxury" vacation package to Florida, the Bahamas, and Las Vegas, Nevada. The original offer included a trip to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, but was rescinded at time of purchase as "property was no longer available".

The accomodations in Ft. Lauderdale were poor at best; the rooms and hallways had a foul odor, and the AC unit in the hallway leaked all over the rugs.

A high pressure time-share presentation was required before vouchers were awarded. The salesperson at the timeshare refused to return us to our vehicle even after repeatedly stating we were not interested in buying.

The cruise ship was an absolute joke; the pool was smaller than the average hot tub. Food was marginal and entertainment were comically bad. Rooms were so small we were forced to purchase a second room at own expense.

Rental car was too small to fit 4 persons luggage, so had to upgrade to a larger car at own expense.

I have written (e-mail) to Company on two occasions without response, as I have no intention of fulfilling remaining two segmants of purchased trip(s).
