Complaint Review: Ramada Plaza Resorts

I received a voucher in the mail for a vacation and was nearly ripped off. I want to thank the employees on the phone for being rude and helping to save me money.

After asking them about differences between deals and offers, they were very rude with me. Ben Slider said he was the highest manager there and could not help me. He did not care about my concerns and would not try to settle any problems I had.
