Booked vacation and was told we would definetely be at the Ramada Plaza Resorts, not another hotel! Got 5 other familys to do the same thing, also being told that we would all be together, at the Ramada Plaza Resorts. When I booked and they booked, we were all told different hotels. The customer disservice reps were very rude! Every time a conversation wasn't going the way they wanted, they would say "Hold " and swith me to hold for at least 5 minutes. I would love to have the recordings of those conversations. And the supervisors were worse than the reps. I asked for my money back, they refused.

Seperate yourself from the marketing company ..all owned by the same family, the Lamberts.

Remada Plaza Resorts and the Time Share ownership Program are all owned by the same family, the Lamberts.

Dan Lambert runs the marketing of Ramada Plaza Resorts ( they pay Ramada to let them use the Remada name ).The Lamberts own the dumpy hotels they stick you in. They own most of the rust bucket boats they stick you on.The also own the Construction company HDL Const. This is the Construction company that builds the time share resorts that they try to sell you called Vacation Village. A specific part of the sales training requires that the sales person must seperate themselves from the Marketing company. That is hard to do when everyone is working for the same family ( The Lamberts ).Their scheme is rather ingenious and is driven by their greed and lack of any thought of ethics.

The whole premis of the sales pitch is based on the psycological approach, "Would't you rather stay in a Vacation Village Resort, than the dumpy place you are staying in now. Good Luck!
