I've been misled and denied my consumer rights! I want my 698$ back! I've had this burden since August 2001 and I want my money back.

I've told them many times that I don't want to go, and they will not give me my money back. They have indirectly denied my request and have offered other solutions.
I was scammed into taking this. They said I needed to make a decision right then and there. Under pressure, I accepted. Big mistake!

I called back and explained that I didn't want the trip, they said I had until August 2002 to decide. I simply could not make it to go. I was planning my wedding.
A couple of weeks later,the unfortunate events of September 11th occurred, and I was convinced this trip was not meant to be. I called them again. I told them I was afraid to fly and didn't want to go. Their answer was an extension of the trip until August 2003 and the fees of driving down would be covered. Still, I didn't want to go! How uncompassionate?! How unhuman!

I called in 2002 trying to include this trip with my honeymoon, but things didn't work out. They said if I didn't want this package, I could stay at any Ramada in Florida for one full week with car rental. Still I refused.

I called back again last week,telling them I still didn't want to go. The sales rep refused indirectly by throwing me some pitches. He gave me his name and I never understood it.

He spoke and I hardly said a word. He gave me the updates and was talking so fast that I had to ask him to repeat things several times.

What right did I have to speak? Was he listening?
I'm FED up!! I'm not happy with the way I was treated as a consumer who has already paid 698$! I don't want this trip and they don't care how I feel. All they want is my MONEY!!
