I was talked into their "travel package" last night, and when I handed my phone, I sort of realized that it was not trustable. Then I found this website and thanks to many people's help, I spent a whole night thinking about how to get my refund. I called the customer service this morning, asked to talk to the customer care specialist, and told her I want to cancel my reservation. I told her the reason was that I have to leave this country next year (which is true) and could not make the trip. Here is the thing. She first told me that I could only get partial refund. I then told her I talked to the representative of the Florida State Department of Consumer Affairs (which I did), and was informed that I could get a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Then she told me I was honored for the full refund. I then asked her name, #, my cancellation #, and a postcard being mailed to me. She told me it would cost 7-10 business days to get the refund. I now just can keep my fingers crossed for the money to come back to me. Is there any suggestion about what else I can do now except waiting? Many thanks for everyone on this website!
