Complaint Review: Ramada Plaza Resorts Orlando/ft.Laudredale Vacations

Hello my name is coreen Burton i am from Cape Breton Nova scotia about 2 months ago i received in the mail a discount voucher in the mail from Ramada Plaza resorts in Fort Lauderdale Florida i was very excited for the fact that i have never been to the united states and would love to go someday and take my children also prices are so high and i am on disability for medical perposes i called the number they gave to me right away because it said i only had 72 hours 800-858-1788 so i waited on the line for about 2 hours and finally reached someone when i did they explained the vacation and said that i had a discount and in taking the trips and would also get a free round trip to las vegas and mexico that all sounded great to me so i gave them my information and they asked me my master card number and other personal things at first i wasnt going to but they finally talked me into it they said as soon as i gave them the information i would receive a information package in the mail which it has been about 2 months and i ahvent received so i came online to see what was going on and i read that they have been scaming people i am very concernd that my personal information will be used for other purposes i am very upset about this and disappointed the same as my children they were very excited to go on this vacation Please if there is anything i can do to get back at them please anyone tell me because i really dont want this happening to other people and there children Thank you
