Help!
My boyfriend paid last week for the trip for two and after researching the trip looking to cancel. We tried calling them last night to cancel and of course got to talk to a ton of different people, and nobody could help us. They stated there is no refunds! We tried telling them about the E Commerce Law but that didnt work. After being on the phone for 3 hours with them we gave up for the night. Does anyone know a phone number and a name of a person over there who is nice to speak to and that will take care of this for us? We just want a refund ASAP for this ripoff trip! PLEASE HELP???

Hey Ya'll
I got trapped into purchasing the vacation package. The only wait to get your money is to Dispute the charge on the credit card or if you paid with bank account put stop payment or call your bank.
I paid with a credit card and I am getting my money back. I tryed to calling and cancel the vacation package and I got a VERY RUDE woman told me there is no refund and told me to go F*** me self.
If you call them, they will say the vacation package is non refundable and will give you an alt. package. Don't even worry about calling them!!
Call your credit card company or bank as soon as POSSIBLE!!!! I hope this help other people get there money back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
