Ramada Plaza Resorts Orlando Vacations need help and information to cancel ripoff Fort Lauderdale Florida
Recently received BOARDING VOUCHER in the mail. Called toll free number (1-800-919-3111) to inquire. Representative was on the phone with two of us for over an hour explaining the trip and mentioned of the morning or afternoon seminar that we would be required to attend while in Ft. Lauderdale.
We agreed to pay the initial $698 with credit card over the phone and are to call in the next 18 months to book and pay for other person(s).
After having discovered this site last evening, I am reluctant to follow through with what we thought seemed legitimate at the time. However, the two of us have never had a nice vacation together and are desperately in need of one after being together 5 years.
Can anyone give us more information and guide us through the cancellation and reimbursement process?

Just call up the customer service number with your reciept # example
PM1125-002TQ
They are REQUIRED to refund BY LAW and by Credit Card Laws...there is a statatory period of which you can cancel...i believe its like 15 or 30 days. Just call them up.
Oh by the way...if you call the number on your "invitation" DEMAND to talk to a supervisor...no matter what the rep says. Make sure you get a customer service number from them before you hang up...if they hang up on you...CALL BACK
Oh yea, dont let them tell you "Stop calling or we wont cancel because you are harrassing them..BULLS**T
Hope this helps - Charlie
