We too were among the many who purchased the Ramada Plaza Resort Vacation, upon calling several times attempting to get a refund from them, with no success, we took the vacation.

The Hotel they put us in had employees breaking into the rooms with wires for customers for none of the keys to the rooms worked. The hotel was probaly built in 1800's was total crap.

The 2nd night so hot in the room not bearable so I went to the lobby to sleep on the couch, the last night we finally got a room with air.

The cruise ship( LUXARY LINER AS RAMADA DESCRIBES IT ) was ancient, the pool was no bigger than a Jacuzzi, no kidding.

We ending up paying ramada around $400 extra for their supposive upgrades before we left which brought us from their roach motel downtown to the non air-conditioned beach front motel. Refunds and fines are too kind for this company some one should see some jail time!!!!!
