Ramada plaza resorts rip off Fort Lauderdale Florida
Extremely disreputable company. I attempted to get a refund of my initial deposit after never receiving information packet.
The company was impossible to reach. After 9 mos I finally got a phone number off a credit card summary. Contacted company was told too much time had gone by and I was out of luck. They actually laughed. Credit card company said same thing. Ramada offered to send new packet but after hearing horror stories I feel maybe I'm lucky to only be out $200.00.
