Complaint Review: Ramada Plaza Resorts

I recently recieved a $1600.00 voucher addressed in my name from Ramada Plaza Resorts in Florida. It stated that due to my good financial history, I was being rewarded with this voucher and I must call the number provided to me right away to confirm and recieve this package. It said I will recieve : 3 days and 2 nights in Exciting Las Vegas, Nevada and 4 days and 3 nights in Romantic Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. The number I called was 1-800-405-6112. I spoke with Drew Mullins, thier representative who explained I was one of the lucky ones to recieve this and in short he said if I hang up now and call later I cannot recieve this deal again. He automatically transferred me to Dave, a manager. Dave explained this is a once in a life time opportunity worth $3500.00 and all I have to pay is $750.00 for me and 3 other free guests. I said I just called to inquiire and I want to think about it and will pay later. Dave was very persuaive and pushy and said I will transfer you to an operator and you can pay her now because its not possoble to get this offer if I call back and pay later. The operator that came on the phone was very unclear in her voice and seemed as if she was reading from a script. I unfortunately paid through my credit card the sum of $750.00. She explained to me all I will be getting in this offer but to be honest I hardly understood her, it was unclear and unprofessional. She said I will be recieving a reciept in my email which I did not and was charged $790.00, which I did not authorize. I went on the internet to research Ramada and saw how many reports and complaints are already against them. It has not been a month yet and I would like to know if anyone can help me get a refund as they refused to give it. I am extremely angry and frustrated with the situation and I know many others have been in my place. I hope noone falls for thier trap again. I have not taken the trip because fortunately I found out its a fraud, so I donot intend to go.
