Complaint Review: Ramada Plaza Resorts

I pursased the Oralando/ Ft. Lauderdale Vacation that included free hotel stay in Las Vegas Nevada, Puerto Vallarta Mexico and that out of ten other cities INCLUDING Hawaii, I could choose what place I wanted to go to.

I called today to find out where in Hawaii I could stay at and the very rude woman, in The Bonus Vacations Department, said that my package does not include Hawaii never did and will not be exchanged for the Williamsburg, Virginia that is included in my package.

She proceeded to tell me that yes there are packages availble with Hawaii but its not in mine. She was very hostile from the first moment she got on the phone so I am sure that she gets that phone all several times a day.

I asked her if I could speek to someone else. She said no there is no one else that you can talk to. Next I told her, that the man who handled my purchase of this vacation told me, on tape, and varified it with some one who handled the charge to my credit card, that I got to choose out of ten different vacation destinations and Hawaii was included as one of those choices.

This was very appealing to me because my best friend lives in Hawaii. This was the main reason why I puchased the vaction so I could go and see her. Then the woman then told me that she was sorry that I misunderstood what package I was purchasing but mine did not include Hawaii and she and no one else could do anything about it.
